Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital access
Svoboda Digital sells digital access delivered through the Telegram bot after successful payment, gift activation, or promo-code activation.
2. 7-day money-back policy
If the service does not work for you, request a refund with /refund in the Telegram bot within 7 days of payment. By default, one Telegram user can receive one standard refund.
3. Review process
Requests inside the standard policy may be handled automatically or by an operator. Requests after 7 days, repeat refunds, and unusual cases go to manual review.
4. Auto-renewal cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal with /cancel_renew or the button in the bot. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period. If the subscription is still active, you can resume auto-renewal with /resume_renew.
5. Failed delivery
If access is not delivered because of a technical issue on our side, contact support. We will fix delivery, replace access, or issue a refund.
